PRO SOUND NEWS

I've been a working writer since I was a teenager. Over the years, I've scribbled for many publications, but I work full-time as the Senior Editor of Pro Sound News.

While I occasionally write recording and post-production stories, my main beat has been the touring industry. It's fair to say that I've written a lot about this multi-billion dollar industry since 1994, covering the behind-the-scenes aspects of dozens of tours.

Events don't escape my notice--I've written about the Superbowl, the Grammys, the Oscars, the MTV Music Video Awards and Woodstock '99 among others, as well as theatrical productions like Movin' Out, The Producers, The Full Monty, Blue Man Group, The Rocky Horror Show, Stomp, Cirque Du Soliel and other shows.
